all the people were gone , all the machines fell quiet , the lights were dim and an eerie quiet . The gym last night , okay it was a bit later on but there was me myself and i. It was like a 'The Firm' reunion gig (remember Star Trekkin ?) it was empty .
No lycra clad ladies bums to oggle , no 20 year old hunks to try to keep up with (and bring chest pains or worse) ....strange very very strange ! Thought i would share as i have not blogged for yonks !
