Never dismantle a filter.
Id not recommend using any filters that are not fairly new and unused. Having used some and saying you have had no ill affects carries little weight, - many of the possible consequences are long term and might not manifest for a few years yet. However, im no 'expert' and i dont wish to scaremonger. Rather if you want to play safe then replacing a filter is something you should do. |
