As far as I am aware, "pre-sprout" is an "in" word to refer to pre-pubescent, that is oldish children who are on the cusp of beginning puberty, ie) aged around 9 -11 years old. The term "sprout" referring to puberty, and "pre" meaning before.
So my feeling is that perhaps you may want to look at your username, which in addition to the content and references previously to young women, and given that one of the fetishes within the alt/fet/BDSM world is Daddy/naughty girl fantasies...
Thus I'm just wondering whether this may have combined 1 + 1 + 1 (name pre-sprout + young woman reference + context of fetish BDSM site for discussing fantasies) to have resulted in giving someone a feeling that they could send you whatever it was they sent you.

No. If they had evidence that someone was likely to be committing the crime of internet grooming, they'd use another method than memoing on an adult site where ageplay fantasy can be explained by a defence lawyer. They would also have to get the 'honeytrap' method passed by the judge. Suspicion is not enough for the funding of surveillance and the breach of privacy. If they have more than suspicion they just get a warrant and swipe the computer.

then please exlain why it seem's to be outside your comprehention that there would not be 'a first enquery' from a non offical or subtle offical source with they having a view to keeping children safe,

Age PLAY is a perfectly reasonable adult kink and shouldn't be attracting people who want to do age without the play.
I totally understand not putting it on an OK Cupid profile or something, but on here surely that should be understood!! ...except of course if someone's looking for 'hints' and thinks that's one of them.
Genuinely difficult to know how to approach it without tacitly condoning the equation of age play and dodgy interests, which as someone who enjoys a spot of age play, would make me sad.
