Ye Olde Mitre Inne, 58 High Street, Barnet. 0.3 miles from High Barnet tube, free car parking opposite in Fitzjohn Ave.and behind the pub in Victors Way, and there seem to be loads of buses. Meet at 8pm but if you'd like to eat please arrive as early as possible to help us secure some seating in the Stable Room. Go right through to the back of the pub, across the patio/smoking area and the Stable Room will be on your left. IMPORTANT As we are competing with Carling Cup Football for The Stables we shall now be meeting in The Coach Lounge. You still go right through the pub to the patio at the back, but turn right as soon as you get outside. It's an enclosed area with heat under the old coaching arch. If there are any newbies who would like a meet and greet please pm me and I will certainly do my utmost to be there by 7.30pm. Grey hair, glasses and grey beard, wearing a label "Winkie", or we can meet you outside The Mitre and escort you in & introduce you round. Call the Social phone if you'd like to be met, either in advance or when you arrive on the night: 07506276872. We are genuinely a very friendly bunch and all kinks are warmly welcomed. There's an impressive range of sausages on the menu, from standard to exotic at reasonable prices and the service is friendly.
