Stuck for a novel Christmas decoration? don't want to spend a small fortune? Well here's an idea to make your very own. 1. Get hold of some coloured tinsel, what ever takes your fancy. 2. A string of coloured lights, flashers are best, but not essential. 3. A roll of industrial pallet wrap. 4. Bubble wrap to protect the finished mobile. 5.
