Now that the case has come to an end and the individual who pushed Sonia under the train,has been sentenced to life in prison.One has to ask,is it time that some dating sites consider veting or carrying warnings about safety etc?

Was the offender a TV or more correctly a TS or TG?. The title you've now given this post says TV, but they were on hormone treatment according to this BBC News page, so they didn't just dress as female, they were on the path to transitioning.
What with all your work with GIRES and your unending record of accuracy on IC posts Anyhow, how would "veting" (or even 'vetting') or safety warnings have altered those events? Sonia (according to that BBC webpage) had concerns for the offender's mental state already.
*Edited* .. reading that last quote I note the BBC webpage refers to Sonia Burgess as "her" most of the time, but "his GP" crept in there ....... one wonders if the "his" was referring to Sonia or the offender, or if both should have warranted "her" rather than "his" ? My fault as I used the freeview news pages on TV! It gave no idea to Nina's status.I assumed TV when infact she was TS. I assumed it should have been her.Using he was a bit misleading.You have to wonder if Nina had the dangerous mental state before she met Sonia or did it come to the fore during their link up? Could it have been the hormones? There was a reference to birchplace,which if I remember in similar to the dom publication sites etc but has been used by some people for dating and meeting up.Not that it was designed for that use alone.The fact that Nina was refer to as he during the trial is down to reporters not understanding her status.
