Believe me I ain't John Holmes dude. But I have found that blocking someones throat seems have a detrimental effect on being able to breathe seeing as that is the ONLY way to get air in to someones lungs.

I suppose if you had a very skinny penis air could pass around it but I honestly doubt anyones penis is that thin.

I think its more mind over matter, like swallowing big tablets, once you know you can swallow a big tablet/pill then you wont spit it back or choke on it, same with taking cock its very much a psychological thing. Just let the lady feel comfortable and able to breathe and withdraw if it gets too much...good luck!

I think this is one of those areas where the Top needs to let the bottom have some involvement in what happens. It's not like taking it up the arse (or i assume in the cunt) because the sub does need to breath. I have had Tops who have tried to force it down me and actually been much less successful than if they had let me participate, guide it in deeper and have chances to gulp in air.
