I watched this film that I had recorded on the Horror channel last night and was quite impressed with the various twists throughout especially the end. I amnot usually impressed with storylines but how this film developed and did not have the expected 'happy ending' as usually occurs in films of this genre.

Has anybody else watched it ? if so what did you think ?

I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

Bad endings are standard in horror movies now. It's actually rare for anybody to get away or survive or anything like that in films these days. Assemble the characters, watch them brutally slaughtered, roll credits is the new three act structure. Thank you Hostel and Saw for dumbing down a movie genre that, let's face it, wasn't exactly aiming high with the likes of Friday the 13th and Scream anyway.

Not sure why this particular movie is notably kinky though, though having sad that have only read a pretty thorough synopsis.

I hate to sound faintly like a killjoy, but is a film considered inherently relevant to kinksters if it includes violence against women and people getting tied up or whatever? As that seems to be the criteria.

That's not to say these things can't be hot in a cinematic context, because they can, but it just seems like this is a pretty random movie to single out for it.

The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power.

I would tell you - but I'd have to KILL you !

Seriously tho - I dont want to give away the ending, and may leave that for any others who may pop by to comment but the ending is relevant (in my opinion) to the IC section this thread is in.
