Both. Bread fried in the bacon and sausage fat then toast after with marmalade or jam. NOT toast with the bacon and sausages though.... | |||

Mmm, is that ginger with orange? It sounds scrummy! I wonder if a splash of ginger wine would work? (casts eye to rack of weird and wonderful liqueurs that came from Dad's holidays). | |||

Mines more a grill-up. Toast, bacon,( never ever ever eating sausages ever again , but would cook for others) mushrooms, tomato, and a fried egg....or scrambled, loves scrambled eggs....
Topped with a hint of brown sauce

Real ginger & Seville oranges, sugar and nothing else. Make several other versions as well. I do a batch every so often and that tends to last me a couple of years. | |||

I'm trying low carb which is why I smother my bread with fats to hide the carbs. (hangs head, scuffling foot in gravel - who am I kidding?) | |||
