Im not a moaner in general & it takes a lot to get my back up so I snap but the way he spoke to me was disgusting & in a customer based job that behaviour is unacceptable. In my vanilla life I work with people & I WOULD NEVER dream of treating my clients or potential clients in that way. Foxy

I'd still contact your bank and see if you can do a chargeback on your debit card explaining why you want to do it!

Why mess about? Write to them giving 7 days to return the money, if they don't then county court them.

Well looking up the owner of Hotel International's website (which is usually the owner of the business if they have any sense or someone they have a contract with so that they still own the site) it reveals this.

And then a quick search reveals a Facebook page that shows they are married to the MD of Legends. So they are probably someone you could contact to find out if they are the owner of the hotel and can then complain to them.

I'm 99% sure the hotel and the building where Lash is held are owned by the same people.
