i've been chatting 2 a member, and i sent him a few memos over the last couple of days, wondering what was going on, and he never looked at them, even though i saw his last online time changing often, and even him online a few times, but now, he has replied 2 1, and look at them, and claims that he only just got them, and he had been coming online 2 check 4 my messages, i think he's playing games, and is a liar, but i have no way of knowing 4 sure, so if any1 knows, can they help, is it possible that i sent memos over the last few days, but all of them would only get to him now like this? plz, thx J

I know that with the new setup when using my phone I occasionally miss that I have new memos. How long has he been a member?

Then it is possible that he's just a bit computer-challenged or unfamiliar with the site. If it is a situation that continues then I would mention it again, for now, give him the benefit of the doubt. Breathe out, so I can breathe you in, hold you in....

Sounds like someone getting online jollies who is bored with you now because you want to meet. Is that about right? No stalkerz, no nillaz and definitely NO singing psycho-babez.

I think if this was a problem it would be all over the forums by now. So two options, he didn't realize he had any email or he's just fibbing. I tend to listen to the little voices at times like this.

Its an intresting question becaus, it's possible they haven't formulated an answer to you, or are very busy and checking via phone, there are timewasters wherever you look,, as well as very genuine people,, bare with it move on and if he respond's it's a good sign,, but given your quite new,, post in and around the boards get yourself known many people here have good advice,, there are those who'scomments can or seem to cut near the mark ,, but again this would betha same for any social site,, wish you the best of luck,, and welcome. Please excuse crap spelling cause i,m rubbish

I don't see how them not replying to your memos makes them bogus, it just makes them someone who doesn't want to memo you back. Personally I find your use of digits instead of words fucking irritating and if you memoed me like that I would be tempted to not reply. MisterBear has a list of threads outlining perfectly valid reasons as to why people don't respond. I have the perfect accent for conflict resolution, shame about the personality.

I've noticed that it is easy to miss memo's with the new site layout; for some reason the new memo tab isn't as clear as it could be.

Maybe he just wants to take his time and go at his own pace. If he's like me then he wont' want to be pressured into a game of ping pong memos. You should just take things as they come and accept that any potential relationship could go either way.
