This is something that the Boss-man and I have often spoken about, either for money or for fun but how does it work in reality??? I guess the main issue we get hung up on is safety, how do you ensure you don't leave with less kidneys than you went with? The obvious answer would be to do it with people you know well,and we have done this, but somehow that doesn't feel as slutty as an experience with a stranger would be.... Just looking for advice from anyone who has done this before....

It's always as safe as you make it,mand one of you should have a sensible chat about expectations, perhaps even badge it as an introductory meeting, and suggest a follow is possible, that way you have the get to you know you element, with some light fun, and can chat about whether that was close to limits or far off. I would suggest some of the pictures help understand experience,mand also that you know what, the word no is acceptable, and any sane new "friend" will not be wanting that to be used, of course you may have the other problem that any contact is so flimsy you don't want to meet again, suggest you want someone who is firm but fair...
