Thats cause we've heard these arguments before and they're completely pointless. Age does not equate to time on the scene or experience. Besides we're not Age Nazi's in that way.

I see a lot of animosity about there being a munch for young people (here and on fetlife). Weird.

Anyway, not able to unattend this month, due to bad scheduling, but hope to be at the next one (or possibly the midweek thing if that's first).

Why not 34? or 31? Or 37? I think there's quite a few to choose from, but someone picked a number. Isn't 30 or 40 just as arbitrary as 35?

And as for "old man" on here always being polite - I have to disagree - take you for example, you've actively tried to stir trouble and masqueraded it as a joke when it was based on genuine bitterness. If you're pathetic enough to desperately look for people to bite, don't be a pussy and act like you've been wronged when they do.

Also, directing people to not respond so that you can have the last word and feel superior is a pretty weak way of winning. If you had any strength of character in you, you'd be happy for your views to be rebuffed in the knowledge that you could defend your opinions with valid dabate.
