Hello, I'm assuming they are fully enclosed in rubber from head to foot, my suggestion would be ,If the slave agrees obviously , would be to put some earplugs into them blindfold ,gag and then tie them down onto a bed immobile. Leave them there waiting on the bed unstimulated with just the sound of their own body in their ears for a while to get them in the mood. Enjoy watching them but keep quiet waiting and when you feel the time is right very lightly run your hand over them ,keeping quiet all the time,working around sensitive areas, using harder techniques next and then they will be in the mood for whatever you got planned next! Yes, especially if his bits are accessible to all and sundry. He won't know who's doing what.
