Looking for a new place to live in Birmingham. Prefer a 2 bed house or flat to myself but don't mind sharing a larger place with kink-friendly types.

Looking ideally to be in Kings Heath / Moseley / Selly Oak kind of area.

2nd bedroom wanted as a play space and spare bedroom for nilla friends & family to visit / stay over (this doesn't happen often)

I am a chilled housemate, clean and tidy in kitchen and bathroom, work 9-5.
