To say the last few months have been a roller coaster ride would be a bit of an understatement I think.

The year started on a bit of a high (BBB Fashion Show), where I wore a wonderful outfit made for me by the girls on the Freak Clubwear stand. It was very hot to wear on stage, but with a bit of assistance getting my hair sorted out I felt amazing and had a fantastic time again (was 6th time I'd done the show). It did leave me thinking next time a more revealing outfit to avoid overheating quite so much though!

After that my life started to tumble out of control a bit really. I fell into a pit of depression which was not helped by my anti-depressants stopping working and my fibro really kicking me in the teeth so to speak. As well as that back in March I managed to nearly break my ankle and injure the tendons by missing my footing on the stairs in my flat and going flying. I was in agony for months and it only really healed properly a short while back.

After that followed more depression, with anti-depressants either making me worse or just not working.

In June I tried to return to the scene after feeling very out of 'phase' with everything for a while, and just found I had to escape as soon as I could. I just felt very hemmed in and claustrophobic and on edge for some reason. It was a quiet month too.

July came along and I went down to High Voltage and I think that was the kick I needed to get me back into phase properly. Seeing Slash, Judas Priest and Queensryche gave me enough of a jolt to start to get back to somewhere nearer a normal 'phase'..

Though what really helped was being invited to dinner by my parents, after not being welcome at theirs for the best part of a decade. That it went very well made a huge difference, although the only real blemish was my brother wanting to be nowhere near me. But with him not there it was great and relaxed.

Went to the BBB in August and to the after party for the first time since I had a bit of a bad experience there (which I will not go into as it is history to me now). I had a great time at both thankfully and got some play in too, which I found I'd missed far more than I realised.

Went back to the Coventry munch after a long time away and had a great time, and was shocked by just how many people were there! I'd never seen it so busy before.

September was relatively quiet with just the BBB and a couple of munches, but I enjoyed both times, and went along to Heathens Nights for the first time, which though quiet I enjoyed and liked the venue. But the social contact was much needed really.

October however.... oh god! what a busy month that was.

Kicked off with my first ever time at Exodus, and a fantastic time I had. A wonderful venue and fantastic friendly staff :)

The munches, the BBB and the Cov Play party were all great fun. Then there was Heathens and Spank'N'Play. Both great nights where I had great amounts of fund :D

Possibly the biggest event for me personally in October, that of properly reconnecting with my mum and taking her round some of the art galleries in London. That gave me the biggest boost I think, but the social and kink stuff combined with it made it all worthwhile and helped immensely.

The photos I got from the lovely Kellytv at Spank'N'Play really gave me a much needed confidence boost - despite appearances I am often very shy and quiet and tend to find it difficult to talk to people I don't know too well at first.

And then there was Wednesday's mid-week munch and last night at Exodus, both great and in very different ways.

Last night provided me with more play (nicely bruised bottom :D), and some more great photos (though not properly looked at them yet, but after Spank'n'Play I'm pretty sure Kellytv did another fantastic job). Though the haribo sex will haunt me for the rest of my life I think...

So yes, it has been a roller coaster ride, and a hell of a one. I'm waiting for the dip I know will come at some point, but i'm fighting it and learning all the time at the same time.

I know very much I overdid it in October by far and am going to continue to pay for it throughout the rest of the year, but it was worth it as the boost it has given me has been immense.

I still have more to look forward to this month and in December, but taking it easy as best I can! I need to learn to be sensible and calm down a bit. It is a constant learning process with regards my body and health and how my condition limits me.

So to end, thanks to all the wonderful people I've known for years who gave me a hug and the wonderful new people I've met in the last few months who've been great also. You've made a difference.

Thanks.

Funds and car needing MoT I suspect will preclude me from being able to make Impulsion again :(

Will definitely try to make it over, but it is a lot more difficult for me with it over in Wallsall sadly.

Behave you say? me? are you sure you've the right person? *giggles*
