@Vanilla_Alternative is a FANTASTIC venue. I went there six times over the summer for two different events and loved the place. It's gorgeous throughout, really comfortable, the bar is reasonable, it's very clean, and the jacuzzi is great. It's so nice to be at a club where there are lockers and you don't need to carry your play kit around all night long. And the owners are lovely and very friendly. Some of the swinging crowd came to both events, and were nice and not intrusive. We even managed to convert a few to our wicked ways. Such a shame it's a Thursday, but I'm sure we'll make the effort to get along sometime soon. | ||

two reasons, firstly, because most swinging clubs are open every day, one can assume that they would be reticent to close their doors to members in favour of an unknown quantity (in this case kinky people) and secondly because pretty much all swinging clubs practice illegal Price Discrimination, and fetish based people are ALOT more likely to kick up a fuss about this than swingers are Admin says: The bottom line is don't call people cunts | ||

I have never heard of a swinging club open every day? Where ? just out of intrest, In fact the swinging club most local to me I have even known to be shut on a friday night before now and only open for one night in a whole week. On the second point I totaly agree with you. I think the issue is 100% about money in regards to most places.

Like I said is a great venue and I dont think there was any discrimination of any sort the owners of the venue will go to all lengths to ensure you have a great Time and I have to say a special thank you to Master Cosmic for Saving the day when the booked artists didnt or couldnt turn up for what ever reasons your demo's were top qualitiy again! Having been at the venue I can vouch that it was utterly glorious and will be going there again! If only I could have gotten away with one of those wonderful Chesterfield sofas under my arm... _______________________ | ||

I went to Skin Two too and I'd been there twice before, and I concur. The owners are lovely. The place is classy and friendly. The hot tub is lovely. Their new dungeon which just opened in time for Skin Two is good too. And the riverside setting where you can camp is great. And only about 1.5 hours drive from Central London. | ||

UPDATE UPDATE. Jules here one of the VA owners. We have decided that due to the chuffin fantastic people that have supported our Fet events through the summer and during Skintwo's visit, that as of Feb 2012 Sunday's at The VA will be FET SUNDAYS whoop whoop. So no matter what you fancy doing, seeing or trying we will do our best to provide it !!! Please please carry on being the fantastic bunch you have been and cajole and bribe your friends into coming along, and lets make the VA not only the cleanest friendliest and nicest venue, but the most popular. We dont care how much hard work we have to put in, as long as you all walk away having had a fantastic day and cant wait to come back.
