Like others i will get used to the new layout, but as many have said i do find the new font too small and difficult to read and feel sure most visually challenged people will. Having just had my eyes tested i know that my glasses are correct for my eyes. On other problem i have is that not all those i had on my bookmarks list have been transferred to the new following list. So i am having to add people individually - quite irritating. | ||

One thing not working (but it might not have been working before the change...I didn't notice): 1. Under my profile pic it says "No memo to leader97 in the past year" but that's not correct, so that function isn't working. Otherwise, one visit is all it needs to get used to the new layout. Having just checked i've also lost people from my bookmarks...including my Master. Hmmm | ||

Things seem a bit better on smartphones now - I can jump around the caret whilst inputting text and actually get it to land where I want (Samsung galaxy s2/android) so I guess the form markup has changed 
It's not perfect, but it's a hell of a lot better! It may be possible to edit posts without having to paste into another app to do it @SouthYorkshireMunch 4th Sunday of each month Also on fetlife | ||

When we switched to the new version of the site, people's Following lists were set to everyone on their network plus anyone whose blog they were subscribed to. The Bookmarks were not automatically included because people use Bookmarks in so many different ways (eg all the personal ads they're going to contact vs all the personal ads they already have contacted; all the friends they like vs all the enemies they need to watch out for; etc etc.) Regards Admin Remember: it's only a website Edited 27 Oct 11, 12:32 PM by Admin | ||

Thanks for that Admin. I realised that my network were the only things that showed on my following list now. But through settings have updated my following list from my prevous bookmarks list. Just think this needs to be emphasised more as this page will be disappearing at the end of the year. I am sure i am not the only one with this problem. Number 1 means that you have not sent yourself a memo in the last year. Have you sent yourself a memo? If you look at a friends profile , it shows when you last sent them a memo. Number 2: I think that just visiting your personal ad through settings, resets the timer.

Great - that was quick! Slightly odd design choice (if I may say so) is that THREADS and BOARDS give similar information but in different display formats. One has the first few lines in a small font; the other has just the title and provides the first few lines when hovering (like "old" IC did). I wonder if this is deliberate.
