Why should Admin reply?

What is there about the arrival of a new polluter that is particularly interesting to anyone other than the people who are having to subsidise the future consumption? Its not as if the new arrival can log on and post.

The standard sequence of events on IC appears to be:

Expectant mother can't shut the fuck up about it.

Polluter arrives.

Mother writes frequent tedious posts about lack of sleep, lack of money and a surplus of poo filled nappies.

Mother slowly fades into the memory as profile lies untouched for several years.

Mother posts weblog saying "Hi remember me? Its been a while." to which the odd person may reply with "I do", the rest of IC wonders who the fuck they are.

The reply did make me smile cause it is spot on. I dont know the relationship between the Op and Lola and have no intention to stalk previous posts to find this out.... I am pleased there has been a happy healthy birth. Do i think admin should reply to this? hell no. If the OP wants to find this they should sort of info out! There is a search option, why do you think admin should do that for you on a non related bdsm post which more importaintly doesn't break any of the rules, threaten anyones life or is a risk to any members on the site? IMHO thats what admin are here for.

I'm pleased you are happy but where there are 340,500 births per day globaly i think you need to get a reality check.

FFS! Why do people insist on blowing this completely out ofproportion?

Its a simple question that I thought admin "might" know the answer to off the top of their heads. They didnt reply to memo. I think its rude. I tried goading them (tongue in cheek) into a response. They didnt. Then people started to get their head up their arse and threw abuse at me. Iv moved on now and couldnt give a fuck what the answer is.

No doubt someone will still want to drag it on tho. We're all weird to eachother in some way and for some, it seems, they have no lives of their own and choose to throw there own opinions onto people in order ti make their sad lonely lives feel better.

Honestly, why do you, or anyone for that matter, care if this has been done before? It's a little diversion for a very tiny proportion of the site's user base. Does it matter if this is the first time? Do the parents want a big silver trophy if it is? Why should Admin give a damn or take the time to answer irrelevant questions?

I don't have a problem with 'well wishers', but rather with people who demand responses to trivial questions and accuse Admin of being remiss if he does not comply. This would be quite plain to anyone with a reading age above five. In fact, you even manage to fuck up your own 'point' in your post, in that you recognise that there is an important role which the ability to memo Admin fills on this site: To alert him to problems, trouble, etc. How then is that helped by people spamming him with such time-wasting trivia?
