Time for your Monthly reminder about this months fetish party at The Cottage

Well it was back to normal last month after the hectic summer of Bar B Ques and two parties in six days in October etc and it turned out to be numbers wise one of the busiest parties of the year although a bit disappointing that one or two of our regulars didnt make it coz if they had we might just have broken the all time numbers record.

But onwards and upwards and on to the upcoming winter party season and the next party will be fireworks all the way on SAT NOV 5 TH with once again the fruits af several peoples hard work in spreading THE COTTAGE PARTY message are bearing fruit with a good few COTTAGE FETISH PARTY virgins have already confirmed as coming along.

Next its on to one or two items of party related issues to bring to your attention.

Next a reminder that THE COTTAGE is an invite only event and wether you are known to us or not we need to know if you are intending on coming along that can me done by memo message or thread post on here or by text or call to the partyline number given in this message.And can we also remind you that we expect guests to dress to impress in a fetish manner and the minimum of all black is an option only for people very new to THE COTTAGE We expect our guests to make more of an effort than that.

Some of you recieve monthly text updates from us each month with news of the parties and upcoming events etc at THE COTTAGE and while the majority respond at let us know wether they intend coming along that month or not we have decided to update the text info list and anyone not responding to 3 consecutive messages will be removed from the text list and lose the party regular status after all its only good manners and takes 30 seconds to do.

Weve had some great new people join our merry band over over the last few months and become regulars and were still hard at work getting the word around and have already have acceptances for November from some great sounding newbies from over there at ALT.

Just a word once again for anyone planning on a stay at the Dunc. The prices over there are fluctuating greatly for Sat nites at the min going as low as £50 but as high as 120 if the website quotes you a stupid price like that then give them a ring and tell them how much you enjoyed your last stay lol and you should be able to negotiate them down realistically to about 75 quid including breakfasts.

Its Great to see that plenty of you took heed abour your bar contributions being in the form of a bottle of spirits or pack of beer as we are still swamped with bottles of wine and many thanks for that so lets keep the request going for this months party as well

And with that in mind theres no harm in repeating the plea below once again either i dont think. So please take note!! Its very disappointing to even have to mention this and i.m hoping that its not regulars from here that it needs to be aimed at but some of the newbies at the last party who perhaps dont know any better.

THE COTTAGE IS AT ALL TIMES A DRUG FREE VENUE AND AS SUCH THE POSSESION OR USE OF SUCH ON THE PREMISES IS NOT AT ANY TIME TOLERATED AND ANYONE FOUND TO BE CONTRAVENING THIS RULE WILL BE REMOVED AND BANNED FOR LIFE WHOVEVER THEY ARE.

Well lets hope the penny drops and we dont have to mention it again as this has not been a problem at The Cottage over the last 7 years and wont be allowed to become one now believe me .

.......... A LITTLE ABOUT THE COTTAGE AND THE FETISH PARTIES........... .

The Cottage is a property in East Lancashire dedicated to the provision of hedonistic delights.

The Cottage is avaliable for private hire,hosts various events such as slave party days, is avaliable for photo shoots and suchlike. is the meeting place for several small group meetings but is probrably best known for our monthly fetish parties which are private by invitation only events which i would imagine is what you were looking for information about We ensure we have a good mix at the parties male/female gay/straight single/couple sub/dom and yes we do actually have a few places allocated each month for suitable single males which is one of the reasons why we are by invite only as opposed to being a way of only allowing our friends to come along in fact we believe our parties thrive on the new blood we have attending each month.The parties are now held on the first saturday of the month although we have been known to put a couple of extra ones in now and again as well as doing a couple of specials each year like our still talked of infamous bar-b-que.

The cottage consists of a small underground reasonably well eqpt dungeon with full wall mirror, cage, examination table, st andrews cross and spanking bench.

A conventional ground floor[well apart from the odd piece of art and gimp mask].

On the first floor we have our main dressing room which we believe contains the largest selection of fetish clothing and footwar avaliable anywhere in the NW.

And is completed by the the massive bathroom with more fetish wear and eqpt for ennema and watersports play.

The cottage set up is completed by the top floor which has amongst other things a massive play bed. stocks. vac bed love swing and suspension cage.

No we dont have a website. we dont want one we are a private non profit making facility which exists for the pleasure and enjoyment of us and our friends.
