Yes, makes perfect sense, until you get to that stage I did start out with that intention last night. But to be honest, I didn't drink THAT much ... I don't think I did anyway ...

A glass of water with a couple of paracetamol before i get in bed generally work for me, thats when I am able to remember to take them of course! | ||

Oh Miss OL,being hungover and dehydrated really is the worst feeling ever! It's been a while since I was in a bad hangover state and I don't plan on revisiting that feeling anytime soon, but when Ihave had a few drinks I try to ensure that I drink plenty of water/squash when I go to bed to re-hydrate and beat off the hangover.
