Why not try reverse psychology? Among the cuddles and attention, wind him up a little, behave badly and throw in a little bratty behaviour. While he's tucked up in his quilt he can spend his time plotting revenge, punishments, and wicked tasks for you to do when he gets better. It might take his mind off being ill and give him something to look forward to when he's feeling better. (Please note - Written with tongue firmly in cheek!) | |||

When I vomited all over the table on Saturday, I wanted my hussband to be there to give me a cuddle and say it didn't matter. When I got home, I wanted to be left alone, but have a ready supply of drinks made available. Then to be left alone until bedtime, when I wanted another cuddle. I'm not good at staying in bed when I am ill, so to be given the TV remote and some DVD's is quite a good idea.. watched several films on Sunday night! ~ It is always by way of pain one arrives at pleasure ~ | |||
