And I must be getting *really* healthy right now, because I've been chuckling away for days now. 
So what do you think makes the best IC comedy, potentially not deliberately funny though. Is it out and out comedy, trolls getting caught by Admin and having to grovel, some of the cutting satire, a self-pwning, the massive over-dramatic flounces or something else?

I don't want to be really mean and name names so I think the word game threads are worth a look.... any thread with a "H&S nightmare title" ie Branding, breath play, with a post by YKW and I just have to see what pearls of wisdom she is casting....

(Have you been sniffing your own fumes again? you've been warned about that!!) Anyway, an effort at a sensible answer now... The funniest stuff on here is the light hearted and well intentioned banter... Followed quickly by the self-parody and pseudo trolling. The real troll hunting is just sport... (I don't mean the pretend trolls, that falls into the above category!) and more of a gladitorial type because it is just a matter of time before they fall. Let's all play nicely people.. Just remember.. This is meant to be fun! | ||

My personal faves are the deliberately funny posts - we have a few really talented writers here on IC. In terms of the unintentional sort of humour, I love it when someone throws a MASSIVE hissy-fit that is met with deafening indifference, or possibly just a "kthxbai, shut the door on your way out, see you in two weeks". Cheese. |
