Ola. I was fisted vaginally for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It was with a girl, who had beautifully small delicate hands. We both loved it and want to go further when I see her next week. I have a few questions about it. Long term, will it loosen me down there? I know it's silly but I'm unsure! She mentioned wearing latex gloves to prevent internal scratches and to prevent lube absorption (even though I was wet enough for it not to be a problem). Are latex gloves the safest way to way? talking of experience  it does unfortunately loosen you down there if its done often enuff! hand hygeine is a must.use some of that anti bacterial handwash stuff or anti bacterial soap!! as the OP mentioned cut nails is always a good idea also. to be honest i wouldnt use any kind of gloves it takes the feeling away water based lube is better for this as you will naturally dissolve or expel water based. fisting is meant to be awesome,and can usually bring on squirting!

I shouldn't worry too much about the loosening, so long as you do some pelvic exercises you should be fine. Vaginas are extremely flexible in how much the expand and return to shape afterwards! I find as a fister I much much prefer to use gloves. With gloves on I have much more freedom with what I can do with my fingers without worrying too much about scratching or damaging the person I'm fisting. Also enjoy, fisting is indeed awesome. Sometimes the gloves are part of the turn on! and as has been said makes moving the fist easier. You will get more capable of taking a fist but it shouldn't cause long term stretching, especially with a small feminine hand.
