After the enlightenment of certain events at Pedestal, we are in the market for an inflatable butt plug. Our young man has experience of anal play so a beginners device is not essential. Any comments or recommendations are most welcome.

As you're in central London, I would pop along to RoB, they usually have sturdy ones in different sizes. Whilst I think that the vibrating ones are fun, they certainly don't seem to be as hard wearing or as heavy duty as the non-vibrating ones (whilst there may be better ones around, in the ones I have had, the rubber seems to be a lot thinner and the method of attachment less sound)

They are the most fun, mine has about five different speeds and modes. It reminds me of those multi flashing christmas lights you can get. I certainly take off with the fairies when H is at the controls. wibblingly synd

Inflatable plugs are certainly a good route towards using bigger non-inflatables.

I've had several over the years, to be honest the majority available are generic mass market ones made in china or somesuch - I once had a £5 one that when it arrived came in identical packaging to the £35 one i'd previously bought :/ first thing i'd do with one, no matter which one you get is to further reinforce the neck where the inflater tube meets the plug with some kind of water-tight rubber adhesive - i forget the name of the one i used but i got it from B&Q for £2 - the nozzle of the tube was about the right size to jam on a hypodermic needle so i used that to inject the glue right into the join of the tube, wiggling the tube around to seal all sides. second thing i'd do is find a medical equipment site (non kinky) and buy 1-2 spare inflator bulbs - they're standard spare parts for a sphyg (blood pressure cuff) - you can get good quality ones for less from such a site than from a kinky site. third thing i would do is regularly clean the plug and very very lightly lubricate it with good quality silicon lube to "nourish" the rubber and keep it supple. not sure of the chemistry involved but it's worked for me on any inflatable i've had. @small_penis - Small Penis Humiliation Group

Yes - great idea. But please don't get too overzealous with it, regardless as to how trained one is. I remember using mine for the first time and I actually ripped myself inside... ...It's not fun having a bumhole like a japanese flag... And yes - go to Rob, I find the suppliers on the gay market really have such toys sorted... So: 1) Go to Rob and 2) Pump carefully!! X

I wonder if you can get 'em with horse hair tails, I don't remember seeing any anywhere. Sadder still to watch it die than never to have have known it.
