Postman came this morning with a heavy bag, I watched him staggering under the weight of it. My letter box opened and onto the mat, with a heavy thud, landed .................another bloody bill!!!!

Not fair - you got bill. I just got (another) TV licence reminder addressed to 'The Occupier', even though the occupier's new TV licence arrived on Saturday...
