Why is it worrying? Her ex partner maliciously posted photos they took privately on a website that's apparently for sex workers. If she didn't agree to that, (which it says she didn't) then it's not only non consensual but potentially criminal surely? "The most powerful sexual organ in the body is our brain, open your mind and allow your fantasies free reign. Mutual pleasure between consenting adults is a wonderful thing."

Why are you posting from a group profile with no attribution to its ownership? And all men kill the thing they love, By all let this be heard, Some do it with a bitter look, Some with a flattering word, The coward does it with a kiss, The brave man with a sword!

I'd fully support the action, I don't understand your objection. Though I doubt it has much chance of success- the woman would probably do better to bring the action inside the US or Belize. The only "concern" I have is that it's the site that's being sued when surely the issue is with the ex who chose to publish the pictures on it. If the site itself is found at fault then this places an onus on websites to somehow "miraculously know" the intentions of everyone who chooses to post pictures on it. An impossible task. *UPDATE* Model(s) for "how to" bondage photographs (and other bondage photographs) have now been found. Thank you to all who showed interest.

And most sites ask you to confirm that you have the right to post them. The one who claims to be innocent

I would speculate its arisen because the ex isn't traceable or the site hasn't responded to the ex's take down request. sites aren't supposed to miraculously know anything, they're expected to act as a naive conduit, but to respond appropriately when told otherwise (at least in UK/EU law) And all men kill the thing they love, By all let this be heard, Some do it with a bitter look, Some with a flattering word, The coward does it with a kiss, The brave man with a sword! I'm curious to know how she happened to stumble across this American site with her pictures on. Was she told about it by a friend? I was on this site looking for a prostitute and I saw you on there. I had no idea you were doing that on the side. Any chance of a freebie? Edited 28 Sep 11, 2:40 PM by Original_Rebel

The ex should be the one feeling the weight of law,Toak but because the site did not check were the picture came from, and how could they do that, they I being sued. The only option unless he/she gave them false data about themselves is to lifetime ban them from using the site. http://empressm7.uboot.com/ http://www.socialkink.com/empressmartine Vampire, pro/lifestyle ts dom/switch.Ageplay mummy/aunty/AB,medical play, domestic, energy, outdoor specialist."Awsome! She is probably just a bit miffed that she never got any enquiries from it...
