LOL - This was not about you agreeing with me you big goat! xx I have one mighty streak of kick ass in me. When you are on the receiving end, or you are a friend of the receiver you can see this as me being ugly. To me it is not, it is me dishing out what you deserve imnsho. It is not what you say or do but the way you say or do it Edited 25 Sep 11, 12:43 PM by River_Deep

Unfotunately for some of us, especially me, we are never happy! But if losing weight and looking better in that tight fitting dress gives me a high, then why not strive to keep the weight off? If we feel good about ourselves, we also exude our confidence, personality and character, instead of sitting in a corner, covering our wobbly bits and feeling sorry for ourselves.
Be happy in the skin you are in, whether it's large and voluptuous, or slim and sexy, we all deserve to be happy Never a lip is curved with pain
That can't be kissed into smiles again.

Its easy to say "be happy in the skin you are in" but not quite so easy to do. It isn't what other people think of me that bothers me as they have 2 options - be my friend and look at me or clear off ( i am being polite as its Sunday - but what i see when i look in the mirror. For some reason i am in a " i need to buy a Bhurka" today. It doesn't help that i can't go to the gym, swim miles a day etc etc - what is the option for a disabled person losing weight who can't tone up? Answers on a postcard please. i love Who i am with and i am with Who i love

Hopefully those that know me, get the general idea very quick, live life love it and it will surely radiate from inside, my best compliments I light up the room, fantastic smile, dancing eyes, and that does not mean I have a cockey eye. If it were possible to spread a little cuddle and of course receive them all back, wih most i have met, I would say tar very muchly and carry on a happy bunny. The fact I can be and very often am a fiesty cowbag, built like a brick cowhouse, is also a big real part of what makes me who I am. Sometimes a thick skin is worth a rhino. Dum de dum de dum, dada. whistle while you work. Tie that knot, whop that ass, an whistle while you work. Dum de dum de dum dada. Very often your description of scum, becomes a reflection of who you really are. Edited 26 Sep 11, 5:22 AM by Wickedauntee

And this is why I don't wear make up, support garments or any of these other aids. What you see is what you get. What you leave the club with is what you will wake up to the next morning. No unpleasant surprises. I think I am lucky in that I can always see beautiful reflected in his eyes no matter how ugly I may be feeling. If you don't like what you see, what you read, then just move along. Life is too short to waste it arguing about the little things. |
