Yeah it's pretty much great. With the USA careening down the shitter like a rocket propelled turd I think the UK is due for something of a tortoise versus hare style moment of validation in the next few decades. Well yes, the bling and bust, trick and treat, crash and claim, gang and bang, pain and pay, drug and dependency, would by natural progression of happen in our own society anyway, I reckon the cross cultural exchange of 'The X factor' and 'Shameless' kinda balances things out. If America is loosing its footing as a superpower, will Britain regain its own long lost footing? Or like the dinosaurs, who had their moment, is there another superpower evolving and by mishap come to the forefront. Ignorant? Hell yes! About everything? Hell no!
