I don't think I'd be able to cope with self-destructive behaviour in any of mine and would probably have to take a few steps back from it, too. I'm not sure whether I'd cope with drug withdrawal, either, as I'm very addicted to my 20 a day. Nice to see a new beginning for you both.x

What a brave young woman! I wish her all the best and hope it works for her. I think her saying that she is doing it for herself and not for others is a very positive statement. x No point flogging a dead horse!

A Mothers love has no unrivalled force in nature. Sometimes we do things that at the time don't seem loving. But they are usually the hardest things we do for our children. As much as it hurts us. It helps them. What a wonderful Mother your daughter has. And such a strong daughter to take this step. She gets this strength from you. Wishing you both love and support on this difficult journey. Xxxxx A boy makes his girl jealous of other women. A Gentleman makes other women jealous of his girl. Xx

Go easy on yourself, you had a blip. You certainly haven't turned your back on her-you are still supporting her as well as you can. Thinking of you and hope she gets the best results possible from the rehab. Louise.xx Going to school does not make a person educated, any more than going to a garage makes a person a car
