Would it not be easier just to offload them ?
Turkey are doing very well at the moment. Maybe we should give them first refusal. I think they would jump at the chance to restore a bit of the old Ottoman Empire.
Germany and the Scandinavians would almost certainly be interested in some of the Greek islands for sex tourism purposes and a joint venture of various breweries and pharmaceutical companies specialising in the treatment of STDs could buy Corfu for the British and rename it Klarmeedia Lageros.
I really think I am onto something here.
