Relaxing.....
This afternoon I decided to play a pilates video in order to view if it was in a good condition to convert to dvd for someone.
Within 5 minutes of starting it I was almost asleep.
Even though the person who was talking and doing the exercises was first in a large echoy room whilst talking and doing the said exercises, then suddenly the echo was lost when we could not see her mouth when she talked.
To top it all she did the fastest costume change I have ever seen by a female. In one shot she had a green leotard over black leggings then a millisecond later she had a cream leotard on.
