We decided to hang by the old place last week. The drive was as bumpy as ever.....but the sight that met us at the end was still a bit of a shock.
There's nothing left!!!!!!!
Hangers/out buildings/club/flat/stables........ALL GONE.
Huge expanse of NOTHING. Big plant machinery rolling the ground flat......
We knew it would happen but I found it really sad.
Found myself wondering where the kids are??????
Definitely end of an ERA now......

Not huffy or stuffy, nor tiny or tall,
But fluffy, just fluffy, with no brains at all. |

I have my "little piece" of the old place and she will always live on in fond memories. Not sure I would want to see the emptiness as it still kind of nice to have the visual memory of her still being there as you turned into the car park.

I'd like to think that whoever gets to occupy that space in what ever capacity, will sometimes get a distant noise of leather on skin, cries of pleasure pain, the waft of disinfectant, the buzz of a violet wand...LOL K x 'I heard she's a bit of a thug' Mister Bear. |

Truly a wonderful place that myself and quietly miss greatly.May a happy memory has been created there for many people, perhaps we should use this thread to share those memories here. When there's no more room in hell, the waggle will walk the earth. |

Have to say it is "sad" ...I only came to the club for about a year but was always welcomed.
Many a night I came on my own...but always felt safe and comfortable. I met lots of wonderfull people and made some lovely friends. And I know for a fact Gill misses it sooooo much. Miss Behaving Badly xx
