One of the munch organisers has an I.C. account, but hasn't been on I.C. recently, so 'phoning probably is indeed a more reliable option. EDIT: Ah, and she's just posted on FetLife as follows:
'They weren't dreams like ours (in the midst of the darkness, we dreamed of more darkness, because nothing else came into our minds); no, she dreamed - from what we could understand of her ravings - of a darkness a hundred times deeper and more various and velvety.' After that lady from Newcastle got a suspended prison sentence last week for sinking her teeth into some guys nuts, one has to accept that there is a certain air of kinkyness about the area. Although that particular gesture may not be to everyones taste. (typing with watering eyes!) Never drive faster than your angels can fly

In the interests of scientific research, I typed 'least kinky part of uk' into google maps and it comes back with one result - the O2 Academy in Sheffield. Make of that what you will.

I tried that on maps.google.co.uk and got quite a number of results, starting with Pacha London. Second was the Ministry of Sound; others included the National Portrait Gallery, the Tate Liverpool and a branch of Argos. The 'kinkiest part of uk' is - I kid you not - 10 Downing Street. Edit: I should note that these results seem to be calculated using news reports and the like (presuably part of Google's efforts to work out what people might want to know about), so everyone's mileage may vary. Fixed your quotation nesting. It's not that far from the local munch venue, come to think of it... 'They weren't dreams like ours (in the midst of the darkness, we dreamed of more darkness, because nothing else came into our minds); no, she dreamed - from what we could understand of her ravings - of a darkness a hundred times deeper and more various and velvety.'
