You poor sad little man. You seriously need to get laid. Not everyone fancies everyone they talk to or about. Only people with no sexlife of their own project an underlying sexual motive for everything.

Look, if you're sick of IC and it's denizens and sycophants, then why not just take a break from it. Many of us have done so at one time or another when it all gets too annoying. But just insulting as many people as you can with a blunderbuss approach is pretty pointless and just makes you look like a prat. I can't imagine it even makes you feel any better. If it does and you get joy out of trolling random strangers on the internet then you are even sadder than you seem now.

but .. you are wrong ... most of everything in here is sexually driven or at least has an underlying sexual motive behind it. i think you are a little naive if you think that it doesn't.

its human nature to squabble ... you should know this if you think you know anything about D/s. its at the heart of it .. every social group will form a hierarchy and whether they realise it or not they are all fighting for position in their group.

some will suck up, groom and pick the fleas off those higher up ...

the group will rally round when they feel there is a threat ...

have you never seen this on here ... i've watched it unfold on numerous occasions where a group will turn on an individual just because that person doesn't quite fit in to their way of thinking or behaving

The groups, the cliques, the hierarchy... of course I see it. One would have to be pretty blind not to. But to apply it to every single contributor and every single post is erroneous. There are a great number of free spirits mixed in between the closer knit groups.

There are also many different types of relationship - from the casual exchange of webboard posts, to private memo convos, to full online 'pen-pal' friendships, and that's before you even get to the real life connections. What might seem sycophantic to you may be just a kind word from a close friend who knows far more about the back-story than you do and speaks appropriately. Or it might be sycophantic sucking up. The point is, you the viewer, the outsider, doesn't know.

Yes, of course much of what goes on is sexually driven. But not all. I haven't had any kind of relationship at all for over a year, for personal reasons I didn't need or want one. I still chatted away to many people on here, both just online and in real life. Just friends. Chatting about all sorts and everything. Again, you, the outsider, doesn't actually know.

So criticise and theorise and slate people all you like, it won't change a damn thing and you just continue to look like a sorry figure, fighting a battle you can't win and that no-one else is interested in.
