Definitely BDSM should be available on the NHS. If not sex, which as discussed here has all sorts of ramifications, somebody who can visit to administer bondage and a good beating, and finish off with a nice massage.

Kinky sex on the NHS is only available to the doctors and nurses who work within it.

ETA ~ I bet they're all at it now, while I currently suffer with the lurgy and have to wait for an appointment to be prescribed meds.

Yes, it should be available.

I'd even be prepared to drag myself out when feeling 'sick' to the surgery, rather than wait for an outcall.

To ensure the service is meeting it's targets, perhaps those who access the service, as part of the "Big Society", could facilitate a voucher system?

Once you have accessed and recieved Treatment, you collect (voluntarily of course) a voucher, to "give back", and provide therapeutic services to others in need.
