The September Cheese Discussion (41)

As promised this month is going to be dedicated to the discussion of that delicate dairy delight Cheese. It seems it has not been discussed here ever since the cheese munch thread.

A proper cheese munch is being planned to be the first of a series all round the country to eat and discuss the delights of fermented curd. So who's first? [This might even end up a serious thread god forbid]

TYN.

Carrs cracked black pepper waterbiscuits are lovely with strong cheddars, trufax.

Also, where do you buy quince jelly? Dessert cheeseboards in restaurants always have it but I've never seen it anywhere. Having said that, there's a specialist cheese shop down the road so I probably could look a bit harder...

And it's cousin Dolcelatte is also beautifully stinky and lush.
