Last week I took my youngest daughter and the troggy one to the off-grid festival in Somerset.To get there I had to drive my Mercedes long-wheel-base van,something I have been extremely nervous of doing,literally breaking out in a sweat at the thought.I am very lucky in that I have many good friends who are always there for me,one of whom is Amazonia Sidero,Ama to those of us who love her dearly.She has recently taken(and passed!!)her exams to become a qualified Hypnotherapist and offered me some sessions to help me with this fear and the panic attacks I have been experiencing.I've had hypno before to limited effect with a practitioner in henley before I went to have a photo-shoot so I was open to the thought that it could help.Ama is amazing,her voice is perfect,low,slow,relaxing and obviously I trust her 100%.I had 3 sessions prior to the festival and I drove 130 miles each way without even thinking about it.And believe me the journey was not without problems.All the time in the far corners of my mind,just under the surface,I could hear this voice telling me that I was calm,in control,going to overcome any difficulties and reach my goal safely.I did so and I KNOW its because of this help.The session I had this week re-inforced my sense of calm and control and Ama explained to me the reasons behind it working..Shes a star and Im so grateful I could burst!Overcoming one really deep fear has freed my mind to all the other things I want to do,but have been shying away from!!The skies the limit,world domination here I come.So THANK YOU AMA WITH ALL MY HEART.your friend,min xxxx

Nice One ! Glad your putting all that training into practise Ama. You definitely have the right attributes to become an excellent Hypnotherapist . Hopefully lots of work is going to come your way now. xxx I used hypnotherapy 4 years ago to overcome my fear of driving and managed to pass my driving test. Then after passing my test used it to overcome my fear of driving on mororways . Must admit the motorway side is still hard ,but i still hear that reassuring voice everytime i approach one . So for you doubters ,you now have 2 people who have beneffited from it . It can and does work !!! Sticks and stones may break your bones, But whips and chains excite me. | |

And the warm fuzzy from hearing you accomplished what you were so frightened of.... made my day, really!! Probably made my week. Maybe, next month, thinking about it. LOL
