And breathes....
So day one wasn't great... didn't really do what I was supposed to do but Day 2 is going fabulously... except drinking water, I have to drink more water!!! I will have drank the required 2 litres to get rid of the dehydration that I am experiencing, spesh as I am going back to the docs in a weeks time to get the results of my blood tests after having 3 weeks of intense headaches...
And the extra exercise from the toilet trips is wonderful LOL...
Right, off to exercise my right arm now...

Eh? What was Day 1 then? Are you ok? I did 8 weeks of non stop headache late last year and we tried umpteen drugs the specialist at hospital was at a loss after the cat scan was clear then they suddenly stopped. But then I'm abnormal anyway. Hope they clear hun x Drinking lots is good for you at all times (do you have anyone close that likes golden showers save all the trips??) Day one was yesterday lol xx The good news was that I probably don't have a brain tumor cuz the doc said I would be most likely dead already LOL - Nice to know anyway... I very much think they are down to dehydration to be honest... I really haven't been drinking enough since swapping jobs and in the last week or so of my old job I was so busy I didn't drink as much as I normally would have done... TBH, I think I am answering my own diagnosis here LOL... *hugs* *smooches* |
