As this munch will be next to a bank holiday. I am sure that some of you will be wondering when the munch will be on a bank holiday. The only times this could occur on is if the munch was 25th 26th or the 28th December To calculate what dat the much will be on in december this year we need to calculate the day number of the 1st of Decmber Century=5 Month=5 Day=1 Year=11 Leap days=3 =25 mod of 7 is 4 so December this year starts on a Thursday. Using the formula to calculate the last Tuesday (31-first day of month) We get 27! Next year the calculation is the same but year=12 and leap days=4 so the result is 27 so December starts on a Saturday and the last Tuesday is 31 minus 6=25 So in 2012 it will be on December 25th ! | ||
