I've had a VCH done for the last four years or so and it's completely healed. It really fucking hurts if it gets caught or pulled. If you like indulging in rough genital play I personally wouldn't get one. Even vigorous sex can make things a bit sore sometimes. You can take it out though, but it's a bit of a pain in the ass to take it out every time you want sex. | |

I had my outter labia pierced and increased the size to I got to a 5mm as the bigger the ring spreads the road. I had no problems with them during sex or play... I did however rip the buggers out doing vanilla stuff like jumping out off the attic... I personally can not wait to get mine re-done but I need to be totally healed befor hand.
