Three weeks a non smoker and it's not getting any easier. I could very happily start again.
I'm beginning to wonder if it ever gets easier lol.

Your doing well. It does get easier just for some it takes a while. If you don't like what you see, what you read, then just move along. Life is too short to waste it arguing about the little things. |

Yes - and just think, if you go back to it now, all the really brilliant effort you have made will be wiped out!!! Hang in there - you can do this and you will be sooooo glad you did. Keep it up (an unfortunate phrase on here, I know.... much like 'hang in there'....).

You've got to grit your teeth and hang on cause getting through the first couple of months is a white knuckle ride. It's a fight between you and the giving in and just don't give in. I promise that it will get easier in a few more weeks, and the days will come where you don't think about having a cig at all. You've got to grin and bare this bit and remember it's the price you pay for smoking. It's been nearly 2 years since I gave up and it's great now I don't think about them all the time. Every now and then say once every 2 month that demon thought of wanting one appears like a beautiful nightmare lol These days I can laugh and walk away from the temptation cause I've got time away from smoking on my side. You will feel like this to all you need to do is hang on and don't smoke. I wish you every success and stay strong.
