There is no universal symbol for submissive aside from a dominant's collar that I can think of and even that is risky as collars are as much a fashion statement as symbol of ownership these days.

I found a tattoo about 5 years ago that means love, life and loyalty, which is what I bring to a D/s relationship.

Google is a good place to search but some tattoo sites wont allow you to copy their images off the site.
