For us subs knowing what to say to a Domme is a real minefield, I am so conditions to saying 'Yes mistress' to my domme. I was shocked to walk into my spin class at my gym one day to find her taking the class, she said something to me during the class and without thinking I instictivly said 'Yes Mistress' she wasn't impressed
I got a few funny looks as well.

It's one of those things I try and find out first of all.
When I meet a Domme for the first time it's usually in a public place and I allways ask how she would like me to address her in public . At the end of the day ................ It's night

You'll actually find many of us don't like being called Mistress at all. Or Ma'am or Miss. You're right to ask about it rather than just decide that that's what you like to call someone and put that stamp on a Domme. Everyone is different, so ask the individual. It's the little things Dude, the little things.

Agreed, no one but no one is allowed to call me any of those monikers as I hate them.

exactly that!
I hate being called by anything else than my name (minus I am in a scene).
and yes I would not be impressed neither by a sub who cannot keep his mouth shut.

Have to admit, unless I'm introduced to someone as something else I tend to default to Ma'am, considering it's the term of respect I use for female officers. I don't like to use Mistress informally, without knowing the individual. Reality is a perception, normality an opinion.

More threads please Love is when you kiss all the time. Then when you get tired of kissing, you still want to be together and you talk more.
