Seems to be one unjustifiable premise ('elf an' safety) versus another (BDSM as a philosophical belief system)clooging up the tribunals. We (the taxpayer) paid for the barrister, and everyone else, i presume.

Can't help feeling that the argument should have encompassed and element of the victims human rights. By denying her the right to wear a symbol of her relationship (akin to a wedding or engagement ring) her human rights have been breached???

Besides which I get a little giggle of a slave stating that their human right to elect to be a slave has been prevented
