Woah.. Where is my brain today.. (No, don't answer that you smart arses!!)..

Anchoring is used to create a preferred internal state. Not cause an automatic behaviour.... that is pavlovian response training. Therefore not NLP!! Brain lapse for some reason... Normal service is now restored..

i suppose its like training a dog realy you can get the dog to understand by a movement or gesture ( ok basicly the same thing )

so if want a ball fetched,, you point to the ball and Tiger Woods caddy gets it,, er !

In "nilla" circles I think what you are referring to is NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming. This is a fascinating subject.

In order to "condition" the subject/sub to respond in certain ways there is an element of Pavlov, eg just before your sub reaches orgasm make her count from 1 to 10 and that she can come at 10. Keep this up and you'd be amazed at the result of a whispered count can do be it in the playroom, in Sainsbury's or in the pub ;o)
