Mark, our qualified instructor will teach us various methods of 'attacking' the boys without hurting ourselves thus making them under our physical control (no restraints needed, no playing games). Please remember this is potentially dangerous workshop. Ladies must be willing to leave any egos at the door. When being instructed, they must follow instruction. Mark will be teaching potentially fatal moves and the ladies have to bow to his knowledge. He will give the subs a safety talk first and Ladies will respect any signals he teaches to stop play. Some of the chokes it'll take 4 seconds to unconsciousness, 8 seconds and we could have the emergency services to deal with!!!!! So sorry we didn't make it in the end, but putting the travel arrangements together turned out to be an arse, and we feared arriving as the class finished, or at best half-way through and disturbing the class!
