The Edinburgh Festival, unlike the Leith Festival, has left our date unscathed and as such a hardy band will be congregating as usual. You can arrive, and leave, at any time which gives you an opportunity to see a festival show before or after the munch. I could juggle a bit and there may be some mentalism going on at the pub, which may compensate for missing the Lady Boys of Bangkok.

There is no need to dress up, normal clothes will do. All this fun happens at The Village, South Fort Street, EH6 4DN, any time between 8pm and midnight. If you put 17 South Fort Street Edinburgh into Google Maps you will get a photo of the door you enter. There is lots of free parking at the venue and various buses run past the end of South Fort Street along Ferry Road.

We have the Lounge of the pub all to ourselves. If you come in the main door on the left of the pub, go through the reddish door in front of you and we will be there waiting for you. If you haven't been before there will be someone to welcome you whenever you arrive. If you go through the side door walk past the bar, out the door and immediately turn right through that door. There will be a sign with Private Function (LAF) on the Lounge door.

Rohypnol means never having to say "Would you like another coffee?".
Religion: It makes good people do bad things.

I think he's suggesting that some of us are 'mental', rather than any interesting tricks. :)

Perhaps he's suggesting that the mentalism might be going on at the the pub, rather than the munch, due to the festivalism? ...

I'm loud and I'm vulgar, and I wear the pants in the house because somebody's got to, but I am not a monster. I'm not.

Will be there. Probably without bells on, but as a GM of mine once said "I rule out nothing, except that!!!"

"A life without pain has no meaning" Athrur Schopenhauer
"Rope, rope, rope, rope, rope..." It's sort of like the Dwarvish song "Gold", only it's about rope.
