Getting to the point, before the sales spiel, I am looking for a few fetish club goers who are willing to risk a few pounds a week to get a fetish venue up and running in Derby with the chance of a little payback profit and obviously privileges for being there at the beginning. I also would like an indication of anyone interested in attending a new venue in Derby.

I would think this support will not be needed for longer than 6 months (at about £5 per week paid monthly as this is safest for you) as it will be self supporting by then or, I suppose, died a sad death if folks don't need a BDSM venue.

WHY I AM AFTER IT

There is strong reasoning behind this idea, and I am sorry it you already grasp this simple concept: The 20 stakeholders, I believe, will want to come along and try to make the club succeed, one; so they have somewhere to go and two; so they get their money back.

If each brings a partner/friend and each stakeholder attends the venue once a month the club will have a minimum of 20 guests per event - not including "normal" non-stakeholder visitors.

With, let's say, 30 folks attending there will be a good atmosphere, lots of chat and enough play to make it a good night out and a night they will want to repeat.

WHAT YOU RISK and GET

As this seems to be a major topic of discussion, if you contribute you will, after 8 months (if the club is still going) get between 4 and 8 free entries (worth approx £28 - £56 (approx 20% - 40% return) for a max support of £120). After a year (if the club is still running) you will get your money back - I hope that clears things up a little.

THE IDEA

I am attempting to open the club in Derby, a full time venue, which can be hired, during the week, for photo sessions or just one on one fun and, obviously, for fetish nights.

It will open for 2 nights a month, one Friday and one Saturday and a midweek, midday event is folks want one.

It will, at the beginning, have a smallish range of furniture to play on but I am aiming to plough back all money into the venue to get more equipment until it is fully loaded.

I am thinking of an entrance fee of £7.50 or £12 couples with none alcoholic drinks available and you will be able to bring a small amount of your own booze if you wish.

I am also looking for a house Fem Dome so if you wish to be there from the start speak up and say hello

It will be a play-space/dungeon and not a swinger's venue but I may have one bed for play if folks wish it and if you and your sub feel the force then that is for you to decide.

Size of Venue Front area: 29 x 27ft or 8.9 x 8.3m Rear area: 29 x 27.5ft or 8.9 x 8.4m Fridge space and maybe changing area: 7 x 6ft or 2.25 x 2m

Suggested Events

Weekday daytime event, Bi Night, FemDom Night, Demo Sunday, 6 models in 6 hours photographic day..

Surely any new event should be established around those already up and running rather than promoting themselves as an alternative?

I sell bdsm goods and i am constantly told that the BBB is very expensive place to buy things, So i see no reason why another, admittedly smaller, venue shoudl not be set up where bdsm folk might find a bargain

I have 3 traders waiting for me to get set up, and I will contact 5 or 6 others when venue is ready so the Sunday traders day will happen within a month of the venue opening
