So, now that we're working again, we're hoping to be able to make it back to Rebound in the near future. Unfortunately we no longer have a car, so we'll be using trains. As the last train for Edinburgh leaves quite early, where's a decent, cheap place to stay in Glasgow that's not a million miles from Rebound? Thanks! Congratulations on getting work. I've used the best western on Elm bank street. ~60quid for a nice room (with 2 small bottles of wine.) booked via late rooms. Otherwise, try and blag a lift or get your selves to DV8. Regards Sp | |||

The last time I'd used them (around 2009) there was a bus at 1am and at 3am. My advice would be turn up early, as I couldn't get on the 1am bus once as there was a queue in front of me and the bus was full. Check times with Citylink though, they may have changed. Sitting in Buchannan bus station for two hours in the middle of the night, in winter, while trying to hide the evidence of a fet night from the surrounding drunks was not massively fun. If you're on a shoe-string budget, the night bus is excellent but if you can afford a B&B/hotel then it's probably slightly more romantic than freezing one's nipples off, unintentionally anyway.
